This site is a portfolio, a curated showcase of creative work. By visiting and using this site, you agree to the following terms. They exist to protect the work, the clients associated with it, and the integrity of a creative practice built over 20 years. These are not boilerplate. Read them.

1. Intellectual Property & Ownership

All work displayed on this site (including but not limited to visual design, art direction, photography, motion graphics, writing, branding systems, and strategic frameworks) is the property of Jeremy Penn LLC or is displayed with explicit permission from the respective client or collaborator.

Nothing on this site constitutes a transfer, license, or waiver of any intellectual property rights. Viewing work here does not grant you any rights to use, reproduce, distribute, or adapt it.

2. Prohibited Uses

Without prior written permission, you may not:

Reproduce, copy, or redistribute any work shown on this site in any medium
Use any work as a reference, mood board submission, or creative brief input for your own client projects
Scrape, download, or systematically collect images or content from this site
Use any work, in whole or in part, to train, fine-tune, or otherwise inform any AI model or machine learning system
Claim authorship or co-authorship of any work displayed here
Use the work in a way that misrepresents your professional capabilities or portfolio

3. AI Training Restriction

Explicit and unambiguous: no work, image, text, design system, or creative output on this site may be used to train, test, benchmark, or otherwise improve any artificial intelligence or machine learning system, commercial or otherwise, without a separately negotiated, written licensing agreement.

This applies to automated scrapers, browser-based collection, API ingestion, or any other method of extraction, regardless of the stated purpose.

4. What You May Do

You are welcome to:

View the work for personal inspiration or professional evaluation
Share a link to this portfolio site or specific project pages
Reference this portfolio when discussing potential collaboration or hire
Embed or share screenshots with clear attribution for editorial or press purposes (subject to written approval)

5. Client Work & Confidentiality

Some work displayed here was created under NDA or involves sensitive commercial information. Where work is shown, it has either been approved for display by the client, is shown in redacted or generalized form, or is presented within the boundaries of the applicable agreement.

If you are a former or current client and have concerns about how your project is represented, reach out directly. Issues are resolved collaboratively.

All work shown is represented in good faith and reflects genuine contributions. Where a project was collaborative, context is provided where possible. If you believe any work is misrepresented, contact hello@jeremypenn.com with specifics.

8. Privacy & Inquiries

This site does not sell or share contact information with third parties. If you submit an inquiry via a contact form or email, that information is used solely to respond to your message.

This site may use basic analytics tools (e.g., page views, referral sources) to understand audience and improve the experience. No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics.
